We work in partnership with each client’s fee earning team to:

• Create an initial Precedent H Costs Budget pursuant to the correct CPR;
• Prepare the Assumptions based on incurred and budgeted costs;
• Identify any potential contingencies;
• Liaise with Counsel and experts to obtain fee notes and estimates;
• Review the third party’s budget and prepare proposals on same;
• Negotiate with the third party to agree phases prior to the CCMC;
• Prepare a detailed breakdown of agreed/outstanding phases in advance of the CCMC;
• Update and amend budgets as required;
• Attend the CCMC if required or prepare notes for Counsel;
• Revise agreed budget post CCMC;
• Provide support to monitor budgeted costs;
• Provide support with Applications if approved budget is exceeded.
